Vinification: The grapes were harvested on August for boxes of 20 kg, and after a meticulous sorting process in the cellar, the fruit was destemmed were fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel vats for 20 days and under temperature control.
Lastly the wine went through malolactic fermentation in old French oak barrels where it also matured for approximately 12 months, and another 8 months in stainless steel vats until bottled.
Tasting note: Granet colour, complex, balanced and lively aromas, where stand out notes of raspberry, black cherry and plums. Long finish with velvety and well integrated tannins associated with freshness and ripe fruit.
